We’re planting edible gardens in 13 locations across Scotland – transforming unused land and unexpected places into flourishing pockets of plantlife.
Dandelion’s Unexpected Gardens will stand as living, breathing and growing proof that even the unlikeliest places can blossom and bloom. Springing up in all sorts of surprising spots across Scotland, from the Borders to the Highlands to the Islands, they’ll be places to grow – food, flora and whatever else takes root. And they’ll be places to gather, hosting events, activities, workshops and performances from our Musicians in Residence.
We’ll be updating these pages regularly with news of what’s on when and where – but for now, here’s where we’ll be gardening this summer. Admission to all Unexpected Gardens is absolutely free.
